Neural manipulation explained: techniques and treatments

Neural manipulation (NM) is a specialized manual therapy that focuses on the nervous system, aiming to restore proper function and alleviate pain by addressing restrictions and tension around nerve pathways. By applying gentle pressure with specific stretch techniques, I aim to increase the mobility of nerves that may have become compressed or irritated, thereby promoting better communication between the nervous system and the rest of the body.

This therapy is particularly effective for treating conditions such as chronic pain, nerve entrapments, headaches, and even issues related to stress and anxiety. By facilitating the optimal functioning of the nervous system, neural manipulation can lead to improved mobility and reduced pain.

Unsure if this is what you're looking for? Check out my pages on craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation to see if those better align with your treatment goals. I also offer Integrative sessions, where I use any/all techniques I may have to meet your body where it's at.
